Course Objectives: | To provide detailed information on the special legislation of biomedical interventions, to analyse those special provisions within the general principles of law and to resolve the conflicts arising from the application of biomedical interventions. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) will have intensive knowledge on the special provisions of biomedical interventions. 2) will learn to determine the legal issues arising from a biomedical intervention. 3) will learn to resolve the conflict by using their knowlegde on the special provisions of biomedical interventions. |
