Course Objectives: | This course aims to ensure the students gaining the competencies that will enable them to find proactive solutions, adapting the future understanding of Facility Management and working in this organization in the future by observing the differences between traditional Facility Management practices and future Facility Management understanding in the changing world. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) They can understand the general point of wiev about Facility and Service Management 2) They can understand a point of wiev about sales and customer expectations 3) They can understand what will be in future about work, workforce and workplaces 5) Innovation ideas can be discussed so that developing technology in the management of work areas can respond to customer expectations 6) They can develop how to measure customer satisfaction and how to follow action. |
