Course Objectives: This course aims to provide students with information on pain culture, pain pathophysiology, pain types and classification, psychosocial dimension of pain, pain and control in special patient groups, non-pharmacological methods used in pain treatment, and nurses' responsibilities in pain control.

Course Content

This course includes information on pain culture, pain physiopathology, pain types and classification, psychosocial dimension of pain, pain and control in special patient groups, non-pharmacological methods used in pain treatment, and nurses' responsibilities in pain control.
