Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to remediate preservice teachers' attitudes, misinformation and misbelieves in sexual health concepts, and have them to maintain basic knowledge in order to use in their sexual health related problem

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1.define basic concepts related to sexual health
2.state the causes of students' gender dependen tdifferences
3.help in resolving students sexual problems in adolescent period
4.defines sexuality related differences between national and international cultures
5.organize education processes considering students' physical and psychosocial developmental properties and variances in adolescent period.

Course Content

The aim and importance of sexual health education, Preparation for sexual health education, improving sexual identity, social values (cultural and belief dimensions), The views of societies to sexuality, behavioral differences dependent on sexes and evolutionary process, Physical and psychological-social in bachelorhood period, reproducing health, decision period and dependable behavior, harmful habits for health in bachelorhood period, falseknowledges and beliefs about sexuality.
