Course Objectives: The basic aim of the course is to provide that children have the knowledge about basic arts concepts and degrade this knowledge to the level of preschoolers by the means of various practices.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Student comprehend the basic concepts related to arts and arts education within the historical process of arts education.
2. Student activates his/her visual thinking skills and can develop his/her visual explanation skills.
3. Student is aware of that arts education is an effective part of modern education.
4.Student can prepare an arts education plan within the preschool education program.
5. Student can apply arts education to preschoolers.
6. Student knows the properties of their pictures by considering the developmental properties of children and can make evaluation according to these properties.
7. Student can provide for children to benefit from arts education in the skill "explaining themselves".
8. Student benefits from museums in his/her education and can make a museum education plan according to his/her need.
