Course Objectives: This course aims to make students understand the fundamental of the management process.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
After completed the course, you should:
1. Understand the nature of management;
2. Understand different work groups, cultures and environments affect an organization’s coordination;
3. Be well experienced in strategy execution processes.

Course Content

Throughout the course, four management functions- planning, organizing, leading and controlling- will be explained in detail. Adding to these functions, international management and globalization will be emphasized by case studies.
