Course Objectives: | With this course, it is aimed that the students from faculties other than Law Faculty would have general knowledge on Law on Intellectuel and Artistics Works. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) Have general knowledge on Law on Intellectuel and Artistics Works. 2) Have knowledge about the term of work, the owner of work and the rights on the works. 3) Have basic knowledge about the position and the importance of the intellectuel rights in the general rights theory. |
In this course, basic law knowledge of Law on Intellectuel and Artistics Works will be thought. |
