Course Objectives: | With this course, the objectives are to give necessary knowledge of National Arbitration Law related to disputes which do not involve any foreign element. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Will have basic knowledge of National Arbitration Law. 2. Will have necessary knowledge for academic studies and sector. 3. Will have knowledge of current issues in National Arbitration Law. |
In this course,general principles of national arbitration and common provisions of Turkish Procedural Code no. 6100 (Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu) will be lectured. |
