Course Objectives: | Purpose of this course is explaining the basics of exercise physiology,exercise test practice, results interpretation and contribution of that to rehabilitation |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Define the procedure of exercise testing 2. Explain the effects of exercise on different body structure 3. Use appropriate training program for different populations 4. Compare physiological responses to different types of exercises. |
This course includes effects of exercise on musculoskeletal and metabolic system, endocrine,respiratory,cardiovascular response of body to exercise, exercise test and training, high altitude and underwater exercises, exercise regimen for children and elderly women. |
