Course Objectives: The goal of exercise physiology is to prevent and manage injuries and chronic diseases, through lifestyle,
exercise and behaviour modification.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Will be able to understand of the relationship between physical activity and health
2) Will be able to discuss cardiopulmonary, metabolic, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular rehabilitation
3) Will be able to gain competence in carrying out in range of Exercise-based clinical trials
4) Attains competencies in conducting a broad range of exercise-based clinical tests and in delivering lifestyle change programs that use exercise for the primary prevention of disease and the management of chronic disease
5) Plans exercise program

Muscle physiology , muscle fiber types, types of exercise, such as exercise physiology topics are covered in this course.
