Course Content

I'm working in the game industry for a very long time and every person I meet, tells me that I am very lucky because I am making money by playing games all day. Yes, I have a job that is mostly "fun" including developing and playing a lot of games. But nobody knows that I'm spending most of my time working with excel sheets, analytics and BI tools. To run a game company is a more serious and complex business than having just fun. The risks and hardships of our industry should not be underestimated. This course will help you to learn how to start, run and scale your game business.
