Course Objectives: planning of scientific research in the medical field, execution and analysis phases of the biostatistical methods commonly used by computer softwares, learning with applications

1 to prepare a database, check the database and cleaning of errors
2 calculates the interpretation of the data descriptive statistics
3 whether to interpret the results of hypothesis tests
4 regression analysis and logistic regression to analyze and interpret the results
5 sample size calculation in research and learn to do power analysis

Basic concepts of biostatistics, SPSS software, data collection methods, create a database, analyze the data

8) Mann-Whitney U test, Wilcoxon application and interpretation of the application and interpretation
9) Application and interpretation of correlation and linear regression
10) Analysis of variance application and interpretation
11) Multivariate analysis and modeling methods
12) Multiple regression application and interpretation
13) Logistic regression model application and interpretation
14) Evaluation of the course.
