Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course,This course examines the principles, the role and the aesthetic values of the production sound in film. Students will be introduced to the stages of audio production & post production and provided with the basic knowledge of audio software.

7) be able to adjust to independent and collective work flows.

Course Content

Acoustics, psychoacoustics, history of audio recording, digital audio, audio software, sound & image, film sound pre-production, production, location recording, dialogue editing, Foley, ADR, voice over, sound design, final mix, surround sound will be taught in this course.
