Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to make students aware of the essential information about various dıseases and preventing procedures in family health care. Throughout this course, the students can present the family with reasonable nursing care when the nursing process is applied and the students’ role as care providers is performed.

1 Family health significance, scope, defines the basic concepts and methods.
2 Individuals, families and groups, establishes and maintains good communication..
3 Individuals, families and community health promoting, preventive, curative and rehabilitative nursing care.
4 Cultures, folklore, traditional habits, family health of people and the positive / negative impact definitions.
5 Identifies the major health problems in the family.
6 Sistematik hemşirelik süreci yaklaşımını ailenin sağlık sorunlarının çözümünde kullanır.
7 Nursing process uses a systematic approach in solving health problems of the family.
8 Applications, taking into account the family structure and values, to develop positive health behaviors and health education makes placement.
9 Uses information and communication technologies to improve family health.
10 Researches and suggests innovative product design used in disabled individuals.
