Course Objectives: This course aims to acquire a holistic viewpoint on early education of gifted / talented individuals and to deal with home and classroom practices that should be done with these children.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Explains the reasons for the education of gifted and talented children.
Explains the early developmental characteristics of gifted and talented children.
Describes the tools used in the early diagnosis of gifted and talented children.
Determines gifted and talented students' early home education opportunities.
Determines gifted and talented students early schooling opportunities.
Decides which educational method is most appropriate for a child who is gifted and talented at an early stage.
PrepareS an Enriched Training Plan for a Gifted and Talented Child.

Course Content

Working on the training of gifted and talented individuals in the national or international early period; weekly reading assignments and class discussions.
