Course Objectives: GEP1618 aims to improve the communication skills of participants, analyze the relationship between stress and organizational stress management and personal structure, and develop communication skills that will turn into lifelong gains.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Students analyze their own communication methods
2. To raise awareness of the differences and boundaries between communication and relationship.
3. Students gain awareness about communication theories and mass communication.
4. Students learn about stress.
5. Students gain stress management skills as individuals
6. By gaining information about stressors, students gain awareness of the stressors in their own lives and in the social environment.

Course Content

The course is aimed at students gaining awareness of the importance of communication, realizing the importance of open communication by improving their problem solving and analysis skills, transferring information to gain lifelong gains in the fields of internal communication, interpersonal communication and organizational communication and gaining stress management skills. Sekron-online-teams course. All materials and assignments will be carried out through itslearning.
The teaching methods to be used in the course are:
Lecture: Theoretical information about communication and the connection between communication and stress, transfer of information about awareness,
Discussions: Daily flow of communication, discussions about good examples and bad examples
Case analysis: Communication language analysis, group discussion in cases affecting our daily lives in media and social media
Research: Article research and readings on the topics to be given
Student presentations: Presentation of assigned projects
