Course Objectives: Students, routine laboratory applications outside the special laboratory methods and to teach basic applications to make, running against possible physical, chemical and biological hazards make them conscious, laboratory safety in terms of international standards in order to make them the necessary knowledge and skills to gain.

Course Content

Spectrophotometric techniques, radioactivity basic principles and measurement, electrophoresis, chromatography, methods of assessment, basic statistical concepts, laboratory information system, nanotechnology labs importance in the future, Laboratory safety purpose, used in laboratory instruments and tools related hazards in the laboratory to prevent danger is designed for appliances , danger signs, emergency situations and emergency plans, procedures, organization and implementation of Security, Safety instructions

6) Nanochemistry: The importance of nanotechnology in terms of chemistry. Risks and security measures. None
7) Ensuring chemical safety in the laboratory environment: Chemical hazard classes and sources, easily flammable, oxidizing, corrosive, toxic, carcinogenic and acutely toxic chemicals. Safety levels in the laboratory. Chemical Incompatibility. None
8) Ensuring biological safety in the laboratory environment: Physical, chemical and biological hazards in Microbiology Laboratories. Biosafety cabinets. None
9) Ensuring biological safety in the laboratory environment (Continued): Decontamination-Disinfection-Sterilization. Autoclave use. Biological spills and biosafety None
