Course Objectives: The aim of the course; All operations performed in the microbiology laboratory to explain theoretically and practically.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Apply serological methods
  2) Apply fungal and parasitic laboratory diagnostic methods
3) staining of the preparation methods (Gram, AFB ...) makes
4) October, makes culture and antibiogram.
5) Prepare and pour culture media, media types know.
6) Patient Records, microbiological samples are collected.

Course Content

The patient was not registered, microbiological sample collection rules, October methods to prepare medium and bulk, media types, Gram stain, AFB staining, microscopy, culture and antibiotic sensitivity 1 (Aerop bacteria, anaerobic bacteria), mushroom studies, stool analysis (interference), serology (ASO, CRP, RF), BACTEC, molecular biological methods in microbiology
