| Course Objectives: | The aim of the course; All operations performed in the microbiology laboratory to explain theoretically and practically. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; 1) Apply serological methods 2) Apply fungal and parasitic laboratory diagnostic methods 3) staining of the preparation methods (Gram, AFB ...) makes 4) October, makes culture and antibiogram. 5) Prepare and pour culture media, media types know. 6) Patient Records, microbiological samples are collected. |
