Course Objectives: The aim of the course; All operations performed in our laboratory to explain theoretically and practically.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) chemiluminescence immunoassay method applies
2) turbidimetric and nephelometric measurements are made​​.
3) use the autoanalyzer.
4) Urine analysis (manual and automated) does.
5) Blood count methods (manual and automated) applies.
6) makes the patient record, collect a sample.

Course Content

Patient registration done, sample collection rules, specimen collection and handling, preanalytical errors What are the ?, blood count methods (manual), blood count methods (automation), urine analysis (manual and automated), protein and creatinine determinations, urine sediment analysis (microscopy ), Biochemistry autoanalyzer studies, Turbidimetric methods (clot measuring, etc..), nephelometric measurements (Apo AI and Apo B, and so on.), HPLC methods (HbA1c etc.), radioimmunoassay methods, chemiluminescence methods (hormonal analyzes, drug level analysis)
