| Course Objectives: | Students participating in this course will be able to use voice, breathing and language devices, which are the most dominant instruments in the performing arts, efficiently, correctly and effectively. They will be able to reveal their ability to speak correctly, not only physically, but also in a psychological and cultural context. The relationship with the mother tongue will be strengthened by considering the historical development of Turkish and its culture. They will also gain the ability to adjust sound and speech in different communication channels, culture-art venues and technological environments. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. To learn the students' voice, respiration and language devices, their physical properties and different ways of application in a comprehensive way. 2. To gain the ability to develop the diaphragm capacity with special studies and to use the sound effectively in different regions. 3. To acquire the knowledge of using Turkish correctly by both perfecting the pronunciation and learning the spelling and speaking rules. 4. To develop the skills of adjusting the voice, getting into the appropriate mood and speaking properly in different field and technological communication channels. |
