Course Objectives: At the end of this course, the students will be able to;
 evaluate historical development, theoretical, psychological and philosophical foundations of educational technology comparatively,
 explain instructional design and different models critically,
 evaluate different perspective, issues, emerging and future trends,
 know important professional organizations, publications, projects and persons.

Course Content

This course guides students to develop comprehensive understanding of the field of educational technology based on past and present research. The course covers but not limited to these content: The field of educational technology; historical, theoretical, psychological and philosophical foundations of educational technology; instructional design and models; past and present issues and trends in educational technology research; the emerging and future trends in educational technology; professional organizations, projects, publications and carrier opportunities in educational technology.
