Course Objectives: The primary objective of this course is to enable students to conduct an original thesis study in their respective research fields. Throughout the course, students will experience all stages of the academic research process, enhancing their scientific thinking, analytical, and critical evaluation skills. They will systematically review relevant literature, analyze existing knowledge, and determine an appropriate methodology for their research topic. Additionally, students will learn how to apply for ethical committee approval as part of their thesis research. They will assess the ethical compliance of their studies, prepare the necessary documents, create informed consent forms, and begin data collection after obtaining ethical approval.

Learn the process of preparing a research proposal and present it in accordance with academic writing guidelines. Conduct a systematic literature review on the relevant field and analyze existing knowledge. Develop research questions and hypotheses to guide the research process. Select and justify an appropriate methodology for their research design. Prepare informed consent forms in compliance with ethical guidelines and apply for ethical committee approval.
