Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to explain and teach students the basics of innovative leadership.
The process, starting from the tendering stage and continuing to provisional and final acceptance, will be examined in detail.

Throughout the process, the points to be considered, especially in the design, construction, delivery, and testing phases, will be discussed with examples. The importance of regulations and standards in effective project management will also be addressed.
