Course Objectives: The causes of cancer Student, prevention, treatment and care, is to gain knowledge and skills based on evidence.

2. Explain known carcinogens and risk factors, prevention, early diagnosis identifies
3. describe the physical and psychological effects of cancer
4. Describe the symptom control in patients with cancer
5. Discuss the role of chemotherapy in cancer chemotherapeutic agents and classes
6. radiotherapy in cancer, compares the role of surgery and biotherapy
7. Explain emergency and nursing interventions in oncology.
8. diagnosed with cancer about cancer patients and their families, improves care and treatment plans to coping strategies
9. Knows the importance of designing new products and services in the care of cancer patients.

Course Content

Cancer and nursing, cancer definition, as a specialized field of oncology nursing, cancer risk factors, diagnosis, early diagnosis, prevention and the nurse's role, physical and psychological effects of cancer, cancer treatment, evidence-based symptom management in cancer patients, chemotherapy and nursing practice, radiotherapy and nursing practices, bone marrow transplantation and maintenance, immunotherapy is the responsibility of nurses, emergency, cancer, palliative care of cancer
