4. Knowing how to minimize the impact of risk to business life and how to manage risk events

6. Knowing how to make the necessary plans for the management of the event
7. Being aware of responding sufficiently to unplanned events
8. Knowing how to prepare plans for sudden events such as fire

5. Establish the structure of incident management
6. High, medium and low risk situations
7. Hazard analysis and hazard profile

9. Incident management and crisis desk
10. Participation in the incident management
11. Organizing teams for the management of incident
12. Standards to be followed in the event incident
13. Delegation of authority in the incident management
14. Strategic, tactical and operational concepts of crisis and incident management
