Course Objectives: Aim of this course is to instruct students about the basic concepts about infection diseases, ways of transmission of the disease, factors related with microorganism, environment and the host, general symptoms about the infection diseases. Immunological response against the infection diseases will also extensively discussed.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1- Identifies the basic concepts about infection diseases.
2- Identifies the causes of infection diseases.
3- compares the symptoms of infection diseases.
4- explains the immunological response against the infection diseases.
5-Explains the anomalies caused by infectious diseases and leading to surgery.

Course Content

Host-parasite interactions in the infection diseases, immunological response agains infection diseases and infections from different origins are the content of this course.
