Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are enable students to gain knowledge about the topics; conceptual basis of quality management, continuous quality improvement (Kaizen), customer perceptions, basic quality improvement tools and models, strategic quality management in health care organizations.

Course Content

This course covers general principles of quality management in health care organizations, continuous quality improvement (Kaizen), basic objectives and principles of customer perceptions, the basic quality improvement tools and models, strategic quality management in health ınstitutions in the world and in Turkey.
