Course Objectives: In this course, comparative law and current developments in Turkish law are discussed. In this context, the impact of global issues such as artificial intelligence and climate change on administrative law is discussed in detail and comprehensively. In addition, current decisions of courts such as the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the Court of Disputes regarding administrative law and administrative procedure law are discussed.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Students taking this course can analyze issues concerning Administrative Law and develop their own perspective on these issues. Becomes aware of current judicial decisions and has the ability to comment on them.
