| Course Objectives: | In this course, comparative law and current developments in Turkish law are discussed. In this context, the impact of global issues such as artificial intelligence and climate change on administrative law is discussed in detail and comprehensively. In addition, current decisions of courts such as the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the Court of Disputes regarding administrative law and administrative procedure law are discussed. |
