Course Objectives: | This lesson aims to evaluate and determine the specialties of existing appelate systems against rulings of the courts of first instance in the area of private law and to examine the procedures regarding appeals. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Analyzes the procedures regarding appeals. II. Evaluates existing appelate systems. III. Learns waiver procedure and the results of the remedy. IV. Analyzes the prohibition against and disrupt against. V. Analyzes ordinary remedies and the proceedings applied in this remedy. VI. Analyzes extraordinary legal remedies and the way the law applicable in the proceedings. |
