Course Objectives: This course will be mainly in universities and colleges and institutions of all planning and budgeting process, affected the size of this process will focus on other operations. Participants will develop writing and speaking skills associated with budgeting.

States' political, economic, social preferences and according to the customs and traditions in various forms, shapes and composition, which is funded by the economics and financing of higher education is learned through all the details, in order to maintain these services will have learned the necessary resources and strategies.

Course Content

Course, all students' participation, to be carried out as a group will be based on studies and experiences.
