Course Objectives: Introduces students to the system of higher education and to skills that promote effective educational planning and academic success. Orients students to the systems, resources, policies, and procedures of higher education administration. Emphasizes goal setting, decision making, self monitoring, and time-management skills

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Students will discuss and analyze a variety of management and organizational behaviour theories.
II. Students will learn and discuss about important aspects of management such as planning, decision making, goal setting, organizing, communicating, controlling, and leading
III. Students will apply management and organizational behaviour theories to the settings of higher education through case studies and discussion
IV. Students will see higher education institutions as organisations that should be managed with management perspectives.
