Course Objectives: | Purpose of this course is analysing techniques such as Bobath, Johnstone, Brunnstrom, Todd Davies in context of neurophysiological approach, application to indicated patient and follow-up of results. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Define Bobath method in rehabilitation 2. Examine Johnstone method in hemiplegia 3. Determine diagnostic and treatment methods according to Brunnstrom 4. Describe Todd-Davies method in hemiplegia and explain differences according to other methods |
This course covers neurophysiological approaches in hemiplegia/paresia rehabilitation like Bobath, Johnstone, Todd-Davies and Brunnstrom, implementation according to body parts and diagnosis, analysis of evaluation and results. |
