The students who have succeeded in this course; Learning detailed information about: Railway history, railway structure, rail, sleeper, fastening systems, ballast, base, turnuout, crossings, slab track, track geometry, track defects, maintenance, corrugation, rail grinding, high speed railways |
Railway superstructure elements, meintenance, formulas between physical and geometric datas of railway tracks, implementations for formula determination, determination of effects of rail damages to resistance and inertia momentums, numerical implementations. Understanding meintenance importance in railways. |
