Course Objectives: | This course is designed to let the students have the ability of literature review and summarize of them in in a specific subject of research in the field of bioengineering and biomedical engineering. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. In the Field of Engineering, apply Systems Analysis, Engineering Problem Solving and Project Management Skills to multi-faceted problems in various technical and social fields so as to define system components (parts, inputs, outputs); understand function and contribution of each component to overall system performance; analyze component break-down modes and variations thereof; observe, measure, and analyze signs and symptoms of existing problems; attribute problems to system component. 2. Understand, differentiate and use basic statistical terms. 3. To prepare Written Communications by learning how to submit technical reports and prepare scientific publications (Abstract, Introduction and Background, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions and Discussion, Figures and Tables, References. 4. Gain to ability to express the scientific issues by using both verbal and written tools. 5.Learn to the principles of scientific interdisciplinary works. |
