Course Objectives: | To increase students' interest in literature by showing that literary works, in addition to the pleasure of reading, will provide them with information about social reality and the human condition. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. You will learn about the modern world and modern literature. 2. You will gain the knowledge that it is possible to be informed about the world you live in and the society you live in through literature. 3. Thanks to the "human condition" contained in literary works, you will gain the ability to look critically at yourself and your social relations. 4. You will understand the importance of gaining knowledge outside your field of expertise and reading outside the curriculum. |
