Course Objectives: This course aims to explore the strategic connections between leadership and management, providing advanced knowledge in this field for managers. It equips students with the ability to develop strategic thinking, innovative leadership, and sustainable management practices. Additionally, it encourages participants to incorporate ethical principles into their leadership decisions.

Course Content
