Course Objectives: | This course aims to explore the strategic connections between leadership and management, providing advanced knowledge in this field for managers. It equips students with the ability to develop strategic thinking, innovative leadership, and sustainable management practices. Additionally, it encourages participants to incorporate ethical principles into their leadership decisions. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Acquire the ability to understand and apply strategic leadership concepts. Integrate ethical leadership principles into management processes. Lead organizational change and crisis management processes effectively. |
The course content includes theoretical and practical topics related to leadership models, strategic leadership approaches, and management processes. Concepts such as strategic decision-making, organizational change management, and leadership ethics are discussed in detail. Additionally, practical experience is provided through case studies and simulations. |
