| Course Objectives: | This course aims to deal with the organization of the management of the publicly held corporations and its responsibility within the framework of the new Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets legislation and corporate governance principles, together with the comperative law. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; Students will learn the concept of publicly held corporation and the functioning of the organs. Students will learn the management organization and the structure of the board of directors. Students will learn the board's duties and functions, and the regulations for the representation of certain groups in the board. Students will learn the responsibilities of the board members andf the cancellation of the decision of the board. |
