Course Objectives: | This course aims to examşne corporate governance principles which have gained importance in recent years in terms of capital management companies and to provide guidance to practitioners by shedding light on the interpretation of these principles. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Learns about corporate governance principles in general and has infornation about their application domain. II. Learns about the provisions which faciliate the use of the shareholders' rights and about their participation to general meeting. III. Has information about voting, devidend and scarcity rights. IV. Has information about the company policy on stakeholders and on human resources. V. Learns about the association of the activities of the Board of directors to the corporate governance principles. |
