Course Objectives: This course aims to solve the main electronic contracts problems which relates to electronic commerce through the determination of the applicable law and the competent jurisdiction.

Learning Outputs

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I. Has information about scope, tools and types of electronic commerce.
II. Determines the conclusion and parties of electronic contracts and also determines the provisions to be applied to them.
III. Has information about electronic signature and electronic commerce information security.
IV. Determines the law to be applied to the disputes.
V. Learns about the relations between electronic contracts and the other sub-disciplines of law, particularly consumer legislation.
VI. Learns about the alternative dispute resolutions in case of disputes.
