Course Objectives: Aim of the course is to determine the rights of consumers, the characteristics of consumer transactions and the ways of solution for consumers in case of dispute.

I. Becomes aware of the need to protect consumers.
II. Examines the provisions protecting consumers.
III. Analyzes consumer transactions and their characteristics.
IV. Determines the differences between a consumer transaction and an ordinary obligation law transaction.
V. Evaluates the judiciary ways to which consumers can apply.
