Course Objectives: | Aim of the course is to determine the rights of consumers, the characteristics of consumer transactions and the ways of solution for consumers in case of dispute. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Becomes aware of the need to protect consumers. II. Examines the provisions protecting consumers. III. Analyzes consumer transactions and their characteristics. IV. Determines the differences between a consumer transaction and an ordinary obligation law transaction. V. Evaluates the judiciary ways to which consumers can apply. |
