Course Objectives: | Besides understanding the importance of the concept of ethics, this course focuses on critical ethical issues for a business leader in Turkey. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Ethical and Social Responsibiblity Sensitivity. Students should be better able to recognize the ethical aspects of problems and decision making in business. Analytical Skills. Stıdents will be exposed to various frameworks and theories that are useful in analyzing and assessing ethical situations. Management and Organizational Implementation. Students should also become more aware of organizational and managerial strategies in facilitating ethical and socially responsible decision making. |
This course also aims to analyze the globalization with respect to ethical issues such as child workers, equal employemnet opportunites, fair trade, etc. |
