Moreover, it orients students to research on given problems in detail and make them familiar with the concept of interior design. The course also aims to equip the students with necessary skills to understand, draw and perceive 3-dimensional forms and spaces.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Student completing this course will be able to
-Organize space defining elements in various scales,
-Develop a circulation scheme within 3-d spaces,
-Develop an understanding of ergonomics and use that knowledge in design studies,
-Develop a concept and analyze user requirements,
-Give form to a space and thinking reciprocally: from inside to outside and outside to inside,
-Visually present a project using various media.

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, students develop conceptual approaches to their projects, interpret the context, determine user requirements, develos programs, contemplate on body-space relationships, construct spatial relationships and thinking reciprocally forms the space.
