Course Objectives: | Students will gain advanced knowledge about the fundamentals of organizational behavior, including the topics of leadership, work motivation, organizational culture, organizational structure, group dynamics, perception, decision-making, and cross-cultural interaction. 1.To introduce main ideas and concepts of organizational behavior. 2.To increase understanding of the theories, principles, and practices of organizational behavior. 3.To allow participants to evaluate and understand organizational behavioral situations and determine the best course of action. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1.Gain knowledge about theories about leadership 2.Explore the importance of leadership at workplace 3.Discuss the issue of work motivation and its effect on employee outcomes 4.Gain knowledge about increasing motivation at workplace 5.Explain organizational culture and its impact on organizational issues 6.Explain organizational change and its consequences and impact for employees 7.Gain knowledge about importance of cross-cultural issues at workplace, its effect and related topics |
