Course Objectives: Students will gain advanced knowledge about the fundamentals of organizational behavior, including the topics of leadership, work motivation, organizational culture, organizational structure, group dynamics, perception, decision-making, and cross-cultural interaction.
1.To introduce main ideas and concepts of organizational behavior.
2.To increase understanding of the theories, principles, and practices of organizational behavior.
3.To allow participants to evaluate and understand organizational behavioral situations and determine the best course of action.

1) Develop close interest in human mind and behavior, and attain critical thinking skills (in particular the ability to evaluate psychological theories using empirical evidence), as well as appreciating psychology as an evidence based science. 4
