Course Objectives: | This course focuses on HTML5 and related web technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript(ECMAScript 5). Many popular key technologies will be covered within this course. Main objective is demonstrating these key web technologies to students and teaching application development on web platform. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Define and analyse HTML5 and its features 2. Define and analyse CSS3 and its features 3. Define JavaScript and describe scripting 4. Define and analyse database operations in web platform 5. Define and analyse the PHP language 6. Define and analyse the ASP.NET web development with C# language 7. Develop web services |
The course content is composed of html5, css, javascript, javascript: control statements and functions, javascript: arrays and objects, javascript: event handling, database: sql, mysql, linq and java db, php, asp.net, asp.net: a deeper look, developing web services. |
