Course Objectives: | This course aims to make participants understand the fundamental of the management process. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Understand the nature of management; 2. Understand different work groups, cultures and environments affect an organization’s coordination; 3. Be well experienced in strategy execution processes. |
Throughout the course, four management functions- planning, organizing, leading and controlling- will be explained in detail. Adding to these functions, international management and globalization will be emphasized by case studies. |
