Course Objectives: | Environmental Law is the result of the search for legal solutions to environmental problems which became a global threat. The term of environment, the causes of environmental problems and solutions, the sources and the theoretical framework of the environmental law, the right to a healthy environment, the role of the law to the environmental protection, the environmental impact assessment, civil and criminal liability in environmental law will be examined in the light of national and international regulations. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Becomes more sensitive to the environmental problems. Knows the national and international regulations according environmental issues. |
