Course Objectives: | Providing detailed informations about the theoretical explications of family law, show of application of informations obtained by the method of implementation of case study |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. He recognizes fundamental concepts of family law II. He identifies problems on the establishment and termination of the marital relationship III. He determines rights and responsabilities of marriage. IV. He recognizes property regimes. V. He gains knowledge to resolve legal issues regarding paternity and adoption. VI.
