Course Objectives: This course has been organized both to facilitate students’ understanding of human resource management and to provide expanded coverage of emerging issues such as strategic human resource management. Some of the themes covered in this course are: strategic role of human resource management; recruitment and placement; employee testing and selection; training development; performance appraisal.

Course Content

Topics such as the strategic role of human resources management, selection and placement, personnel evaluation and training development, performance analysis constitute the content of the course. In the course, information about human resources management in the sector will be given to the students in order to help them in their business life.
