Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide a successful service management ability for food and beverage businesses.

Course Content

Organizing tables, bars and banquet areas, which are the service parts of restaurants
Checking the equipment such as fork, knife, spoon, plate and placing them according to the type of service to be made
Managing reservation processes
Making preparations and controls of the halls
To give a pre-service briefing
Welcoming / accommodating guests
To present the menu card, to follow up, to take orders, to make suggested sales
Asking about guest satisfaction
To organize and follow the service flow
